Give Bestreach permission to send emails on your behalf by adding these records to your DNS settings. Set up forwarding设置转发
Forward incoming mail from your mailbox to the address below so customer emails reach your inbox.在你的邮箱里把来信转发到下面的地址,客户邮件即可进入收件箱。
Set up email forwarding in Gmail在 Gmail 中设置邮件转发
- Open Gmail and click the gear icon → 打开 Gmail,点击齿轮图标 → See all settings.(查看所有设置)。
- Go to the 进入 Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. 标签页。
- Click 点击 Add a forwarding address.(添加转发地址)。
- Paste the forwarding address from 粘贴上方来自 Bestreach above. 的转发地址。
- Click 点击 Next, then ,然后 Proceed.(继续)。
- Important: Google sends a confirmation email to Bestreach. Open your Bestreach inbox, find the email from Google, and click the confirmation link. Forwarding won't work until you do this.重要:Google 会向 Bestreach 发送一封确认邮件。打开你的 Bestreach 收件箱,找到来自 Google 的邮件并点击确认链接。完成此步前转发不会生效。

Customer emails now flow into Bestreach, and replies are sent as your own domain — customers always see your support address.客户来信现在会进入 Bestreach,回信以你的域名发出,客户看到的始终是你的客服地址。
